Both buyers and sellers will benefit from this experience. 

Sellers will benefit from the construction experience if they want to fix/stage/renovate to obtain maximum value, but many just want to SELL.  Here is the MAJOR SIX TOOLS we use to sell.

 

Buyers will get a superb real estate agent plus the services of a construction specialist, financing specialist, referral guide, renovation specialist and a diagnostic trouble shooter.
