While being a realtor is my PRIMARY job and all of the other skill sets I add are complimentary to my main skill in helpin you find the best possible home or sell your current property. Although my activities differ between my buyer and seller clients, my basic tasks are still the same:

1. Find great homes for the buyers; market the sellers

2. Stay informed as to factors affecting the market (often macroeconomic / global in nature)

3. Use my years of experience to enable us to negotiate the best deal possible

4. Watch market trends

5. Design a pricing / bargaining strategy

We have yet more skill sets (land development amongst them), but these 6 are the major ones clients find most useful.
